Seeyouonshabbos.com is a hospitality and social networking site for Jewish people worldwide to connect and experience Shabbos or any other Jewish holiday. It has attracted well over 4500 subscribers in its first 4 months and has made a powerful impact on the Jewish world. The site was written in C# on the ASP.NET 3.5 platform using MS SQL 2008. Features include the following:

• Powerful advanced searching abilities. Proximity searching using Geo Location feeding into Bing Maps allowing users to find hosts/guests within a radius of a given location. Multi parameter searches as well as single parameter searching, all with the aiding of auto-complete.
• AJAX driven pages. Enhancing the user experience in a Web 2.0 model, the site presents data driven content in a polished and rich display.
• Imaging suite and libraries. Custom coding of routines to dynamically perform adjustments to images necessary in maintaining a rich image friendly site.
• Caching and Optimized page loading. Properly using server resources alongside code assisted caching in areas such as paging in data grids and viewing complete online profiles.
• Reservation and Booking Engine. A robust system to allow users to create invites and requests for Shabbos and holidays and handle the necessary modifications and handshake during the lifecycle of each request.
